LETTERS FROM ERIC
The first in a short series about meaningful objects.
Jesse grew up in a military town and was best friends with Eric. After the base closed and Eric moved away, they exchanged handwritten letters for a while but eventually lost touch. Then one day during his senior year, Jesse saw live news coverage of students fleeing the school that Eric attended in Colorado.
The Sound Healer
Kelly Ann Conway is a sound healer, working with tuning forks and metal rods to create vibrations in the body. Sometimes she even offers her throat “to the divine.”
